There is another fitness challenge opening up on February 26. I’m almost 2 weeks into this same program right now and am already down 3 pounds and seeing more definition in my tummy as well as more energy! Here’s the new information: FASTer Way to Fat Loss.

Happy Friday everybody! This week has been super busy for me between the continued End of Year Sale going on at Southern Jewlz, along with the fact that I’ve been publishing blog posts almost every day! I’ve been hearing from so many of you that you are loving all of my posts and the honesty that comes with them. So thank you for being such wonderful and loyal readers!

If you’ve kept up with me for a while now, you will know I am down 40 pounds compared to what I weighed 4 years ago. I got married almost a year ago and made it 5 pounds under the goal weight I set for myself. I’ve maintained that weight for almost a year now, while becoming more toned with adding more and heavier weights to my workout regiment. I really wanted to obtain a 6 pack for our honeymoon. I got super close with lots of dimension on the sides, but I wasn’t lean enough or shredded enough to claim a true 6 pack. With our 1 year anniversary trip coming up in 5 weeks, I have joined a fitness challenge that starts this Monday (January 8) to help push me to reach my goal. I want a 6 pack for my first ever trip to Cabo with my husband!!! I’m a regular at Planet Fitness and I also love using Piranha On Demand at home (read more here), but I think joining a fitness challenge with other like-minded women trying to accomplish their goals will only keep me working that much harder to stay accountable.

When I started Southern Jewlz boutique 10 years ago, I loved creating a community of fans and customers who could network with each other. I have the same goal for my personal lifestyle blog in wanting to not only find my ideal followers, but I want them to meet and have their own community amongst each other as well! So I figured sharing this upcoming fitness challenge would be the perfect opportunity to start building my tribe. I already have a handful of ladies that have joined on board with me, and I will be creating a group message thread for us to stay in contact throughout the challenge. I want us to encourage and support each other, while also holding each other accountable by sharing our progress and results.
