Protein Fruit & Spinach Smoothie with GIVEAWAY! 💕💪🏼😋

I decided to publicly share this smoothie recipe that y’all have been asking for! Based on story polls, 45% of you wanted a video and 55% a written post. So here I am doing BOTH for y’all! Please like the youtube video and subscribe to my channel!

It may not look the prettiest, but I promise it’s SO GOOD! Gluten free, dairy free, all the things free that some of you like to live by!

1/2 c almond milk
1 handful ice
1 handful spinach
1/4 c blueberries
1/4 c cantaloupe
1 small banana or 1/2 large banana (I choose it to be froze bc I freeze my bananas then they are going bad)
1 teaspoon flax seed
1 teaspoon chia seed
1 scoop vanilla flavored multi collagen protein by Ancient Nutrition (code Randa20 for 20% off)
