So if you have been following me on snapchat for a while now, you know I start a lot of my mornings with a green smoothie.  So many of you have asked me how I make it, so I put a video tutorial together for y’all.  It was my first video for my lifestyle blog and I shot it and edited it all by myself, so I can only improve from here.

The ingredients you will need:

-Frozen Strawberries (or fresh)

-Frozen Blueberries (or fresh)

-Banana

-Kale

-Spinach

-Strawberry Protein Powder (Vanilla works too)

-Flaxseed

-Honey

-Collagen Powder
