Exciting Fitness Announcement & Giveaway

Happy Monday everybody!  I woke up feeling a little under the weather, but somehow still managed to get my morning workout in, almost a full day of wok and then this blog post together for y’all.  I sure hope I get to feeling better soon, but I am so excited to get to share some exciting news about my fitness journey!

I am teaming up with my fitness coach Lindsay Huelse to be an ambassador for her FAST Track to Fit program!  If you’ve been an active follower, you’ll know that I joined my first fitness challenge at the beginning of the year and have been seeing such incredible results thanks to Lindsay’s help!  I feel my body had plateaud, but now I am ready to keep moving forward on my fitness journey with Lindsay.  I won’t be getting paid based on people I sign up to join, so don’t worry about me hassling any of you haha.  I will just continue to keep doing what I’m doing while trying to help Lindsay grow her business through sharing my results and being transparent with my journey. I know some of you guessed that I would become a personal trainer or have my own program, but that isn’t my passion.  I love working out, but I feel I got my best results when someone else was helping to guide me.  So I would rather recommend others to work with the one who helped me!  I do feel I can encourage and motivate and show my own success to help others, but Lindsay knows way more than me, has helped others reach their goals and she’s a BSN/RN which gives her way more credibility than me when it comes to the diet aspect.  She can do more targeted nutrition strategies for clients who need extra help, or for instance she altered mine the 10 days before my fitness shoot to have optimum results.

I’m halfway through my 3rd 6 week program with Lindsay and will keep following her program guidelines on the regular.  We carb cycle, intermitten fast and have a targeted workout 5 days a week. Don’t worry, I’m not going to become a body builder or anything.  I’m just gonna keep working hard to maintain the body I’ve worked so hard to get, while hoping to keep defining my prized abs! (Y’all know I’m obsessed with having a 6 pack to show when I wear a swimmy suit and they are hard to keep toned)

I believe that helping promote Lindsay’s program through my lifestyle will help and encourage others to either start, continue or finish a previous fitness journey of their own.  Building my own space in this influencer world, I do want to encourage people to be happier, healthier, more confident, and just a better version of themselves.  This collaboration will help keep me accountable in maintaining my own journey, because I take it very seriously to lead by example.  Y’all know I preach about being honest, so I want my actions to to speak louder than my words.   This program won’t be the right fit for everyone beause it does still require discipline and hard work on your park, but this is what has elevated my fitness journey since the beginning of 2018.  There have been lots of repeat members who joined earlier programs based on my recommendation, and after someone completes their first round they receive veteran discounts and can receive money back based upon their own friend referrals.

The next 6 week program (she has other programs, but this is the one I have experience with) will start May 21 with prep week starting on May 14.  I highly recommend signing up sooner than later to ensure you get a spot because this last round filled up before the program’s start date and it was on the verge of being too big, so she will be putting a cap on the number of new clients for each round so that everyone continues to get enough attention.  I also encourage you take prep week very serious, that way you have a full week to take start to learn how the program works because it can seem like an overload at first.  You can read one of my previous blog posts where I shared the top reasons why I love this program.  Give it a read if you’re having questions, because I may have already answered them in a previous blog post.  Don’t be intimidated since I started out in fairly good shape because there is a home option and beginner option too!  There have been women who have joined this program to START their journey and they are staying to repeat following rounds!

You’ll notice I’m still not sharing my professional fitness photo shoot pics I took a few weeks ago, and that’s because we are trying to get the photos and my story published in Women’s Health Magazine.  It’s a far stretch and may not happen, but it’s more likely if the photos are not yet all over social media.  I have seen a few of the images GT Stidios took and they are incredible! Versy Picone had my hair and makeup on point, and she came on sight to help pose me!!! I really would love to do more fitness shoots, because I am feeling fabulous and confident to take on the camera these days!  For those of you who were guessing or requesting that I would have my hand in on a fitness line, you may get your wish granted one of these days!

    Oh my gosh!! What a fun giveaway! I think I should be selected because I already love fitness. I have twins and I still try to make the time because it’s so much more than just fitness it’s more like mind body soul and lifestyle! I won’t give up or give in! I will complete the challenge.       Holy guacamole this would be an awesome giveaway to win! I am a high school Ag teacher and FFA advisor AND a loud and proud member of the Texas A&M c/o 2016! Whoop! With the crazy schedule of judging seasons and trying to keep up with everything else that comes with being an Ag teacher, I struggle with finding time to learn new workouts.       Randa, your abs, omg, I DIE! I so would love to jump on this bandwagon with you & Lindsay for so many reasons. First off, I just had my second sweet baby girl and while i dont have a ton of weight left to lose (unfortunately I was sick literally the whole time) I do have tons of toning up to do & muscle to rebuild. Since I have 2 littles time is certainly of the essence and I don’t want to waste precious time I could be spending with them on researching and relearning what exactly it is I need to be duing during my gym time, I just want to follow someone else’s lead. Another reason is that the timing is PERFECT! I will be about 9-10 weeks postpartum so I think Maxine should be in a predictable enough routine that I can plan trips to the gym or carve out some time during naps where I can sneak in a good workout without her needing me. May 24th will be my 3 year anniversary and I would love one of my gifts to my sweet hubby to be a more fit wife. My family is HUGE on holiday get togethers and with my anniversary, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, my & my nephew’s birthday, Stella’s birthday AND my mom’s birthday within close to the same 6 weeks, I could use all the help I can get staying on the fast track to fit! I know I would do a better job resisting all the tempting treats around for those special days if I’m held accountable by others! Lastly I owe it to myself and my daughter’s to be healthy and fit. I have been skinny before in the past but I wasn’t healthy. I want to give my daughters and my husband the best version of myself that I can. I have an example to set as a mother and I know I can do a better job if I practice what I preach.

      Oh my goodness!! I’ve been truly wanting to try out this program so bad!! I have seen amazing results from you doing it and I have really been inspired by you. I have been trying to work out for several months now and am seeing no change and it’s hard to stay motivated whenever you’re working your hardest and not getting anything from it. Lindsay’s workouts look like killer workouts (through Randa’s stories) and that’s just what I need! I have done Lindsay’s 4 week program 2X through because I love it! It’s challenging, but worth it!       I would feel extremely excited if I won this because I have trouble finding good workouts and sticking to a diet plan that works for me.       I have been following you for over a year since I found you in IG and that fact that you are ab Aggie! I have started my workout journey about 5 years ago but in the past 2 years I have tried to step of my nutrition portion. Being from a small boarder town it is hard to find places that are healthy or that can provide with better options. I would love to gain more insight to proper nutrition that I can help my own family with. I love food but I love my health even more.     I believe winning this giveaway would be so helpful with giving me the motivation again to get back into really working out. Being in my senior year at A&M has been beyond stressful and has not allowed me to be in the gym as much as i would like, and my diet has consisted of unhealthy foods because i don’t have time to cook fresh meals. I love going to the gym and is one of my biggest stress reliefs so i haven’t been feeling myself and insecure because my body has changed.     Being a mom that just turned 30, I have found a new drive to be STRONG! I value being able to hang with my busy 3 year old and to make my husband proud. I have completed Jamie Eason’s Livefit 12 week program and now working on a different 8 week program. I love having these set workouts to follow, but I’m stuck. I’m working on carb cycling now to try and get that last little bit gone. I know her program would be tough, but it would push me. My commitment is there, I’m ready for the guidance and ready to be a 30 year old Mom with a 6 pack!

    To start, I think that I shared the right Facebook post…I’m not entirely sure! I think winning this would be an amazing experience to really kick off my fitness journey. I work out every day and do all that I am supposed to, but I feel like I’m at a dead point where nothing is really changing. I don’t work out to lose weight, tone, impress people or anything like that. I work out for confidence and happiness with my body. A lot of the times working out has been for other people’s eyes, but I do it for me because I want confidence. I recently went through a break up that did spark an interest in getting results and guidance from someone who truly knows what workouts to do and how to help me at the gym.     You have always been such a big inspiration to me with your weight loss journey! Even back in high school I looked up to wanting the drive to be fit like you had! I would love to be able to take part in something that would help me gain my self confidence back since not only gaining weight on my own but also having 2 babies back to back and struggling to lose that weight on top of the pre baby weight.     Hi! I’m Mary Leigh, and I’m super excited about this possibility! I think I deserve this chance because I am a new mom to the most adorable 6 month old baby girl, Sullivan Jane, and being a new mom has changed a lot of different things. Pre-pregnancy, I was SUPER active- signed up for races, ran at least 5 miles a day in a sports bra and shorts with so much confidence and no cares at all. Now, it’s completely opposite. I have become super self conscious of my “mom bod”, and honestly have struggled. I want to be the kind of mom for SJ that shows her how to be confident and comfortable in her own skin, and be working to be strong not just skinny!     So my whole life up until high school I considered myself to be active and was always trying to run or workout when I could. Then when I got to college that fluctuated a little for me because, like a lot of college students, I became pretty anxious about school work, and my nutritional needs weren’t really being met and my body just wasn’t able to perform the way it used to. Now, I’m transitioning out of college and into the “real world” and will be getting married in the next year! I know this program would be extremely beneficial in helping me 1) turn around my nutritional habits and get back into the “healthy swing” of things and 2) feel good about myself again and really love the skin I’m in.

    Being a mom, teacher and turning 30 being healthy and fit are hugely important to me. I value being able to hang with my busy 3 year old and to make my husband proud. I have been diagnosed with PCOS and tryinh eveeything I can to stay healthy to get pregnant naturally.     You are such an inspiration to me as I progress on my fitness journey. I have an autoimmune disease that makes it difficult for me to lose weight but over the past year I began to track my macros and go to the gym every morning and have finally begun dropping weight (14 pounds so far!). I love watching the workout videos you post and incorporating them into my daily workouts (I even make sure to wear my ankle weights during all my workouts now 💪🏼).     Hi Randa and Lindsay! My name is Allison and I’ve actually already started my own fitness journey! I actually workout at the same gym as Randa! (I only know that bc of her post) So far I have lost around 22lbs but have NEVER felt comfortable in a bikini! I’ve lost weight once before (around 50lbs) and gained it back when I moved here for college. Currently I work full time and go to school full time.     I would love to win this. I lost 86lbs 5 years ago and have been able to maintain most of it. I know how important it is to eat healthy and I do good for the most part but there is so many things that say eat this but not that and I feel if I had a stricter plan to follow I could rock it! My goal is to be healthy and feel good about myself so that this summer I can put a bikini on and not be so insecure about it. I am a full time student in the medical field and the stress of that has killed my thyroid and I’ve been in adrenal fatigue. I want more then anything to be healthy and happy but rocking a bikini while feeling that good can’t hurt right? Ha

    Hey girl! So I deserve to be the winner because I’ve been following you and your journey since the beginning and I’ve been on my own journey parallel to yours the whole way. Back when southern jewlz was something you did for fun creating necklaces and your entrepreneurial spirit began through till now when you are building your empire. You started your fitness journey when I became more focused on my fitness lifestyle. I’ve been working out religiously for over 3 years and my body has changed but I’m still nowhere near my goals. I want to get there so bad finally have my own insta-worthy abs but I just can’t seem to make it happen. Being a working mom, my life is chaotic at best and while I meal prep and weigh my food I have no guidance on how to make my dreams happen.     Being a college student, I’ve gained a pretty good amount of weight. I have always been a little “thicker” than most because I was involved in sports all my life and played college softball for a little bit too. Always being in sports made me super bulky, since we always lifted heavy and did little cardio. My weight has always been a real struggle for me and I’ve never been able to achieve the fitness goals I’ve always dreamed of. I have already started working toward my goals these past two weeks and eating healthier because I refused to gain anymore weight! I feel like this program would really push me far past what I consider my limits and make me see that I really can achieve my dream body!

    I love this giveaway! I’m gonna get really vulnerable on this comment..

    I would LOVE to win this giveaway for a couple of reasons. First of all, I’ve had a membership at planet fitness for over a year but I’ve probably only gone maybe 15ish times. I HATE working out by myself because I’m terrified I’ll end up as a meme not knowing how to work equipment LOL.. but seriously I’ve never been good at putting together a workout plan so I do and just get on the treadmill. Also, I’ve been lucky most of my life and gotten away with not working out as much BUT the stress combo of an 8 week anatomy class and turning 25 has made me put on so much weight since spring break.. to the point my coworkers have pointed it out (embarrassing). So all that being said… it would be AWESOME to have a plan made by a trainer who has delivered results to other people to ease my gymtimidation fears & motivate me to lose this extra weight I’ve gained!

    Randa, this is so awesome of y’all!! I’ve been following Lindsay because of you!! I started her four week program. I have been a little off the past week with being out of town but am ready to jump back into this week once I get over my sickness. But I really want to do her six week program because I definitely need accountability. I know I can do it on my own but having that extra push will help me so much. I was a gymnast growing up and having a group of people is what kept me going.

    I love following you and how you are such a bright light in this world. We need more woman like that!! I really want to leave a mark on encouraging other woman. I want to be a bright light also!     I would love to win this contest because I think it would be super beneficial to my fitness journey! I have always been really small but I am looking to tone up, gain muscle, and just be healthier in general! Since I have been consistently working out and really paying attention to what I eat, I have been happier, had more energy, and just felt better in general.     I feel that I deserve to be the winner of this giveaway because I know I have the determination to follow the program and see results. I have never had an issue with weight until the last 2 years. I am completing my last 2-weeks of PT school and have started working out more regularly compared to he last 2 years when I was consumed with school. I just want to have a cheat sheet on what workouts to do and how to eat better and know that it’s going to work instead of guessing what I think might work.     What a great giveaway!! My daughter was born at 25 weeks on December 39, 2016. We spent 307 days in the hospital before we got to bring her home with a few accessories (trach & GTube) and lots of equipment. A month after bringing her home, I had a stroke. I’ve become a SAHM (not in the plans) and have struggled with finding a workout/plan that I can work in with my daughter’s schedule. And I need to! I need to be here for her and be an active part of her life. I’ve followed your journey and know with some guidance, I can do it!

    I am a full time student at Texas State and I also have a full time job. With my busy schedule, I often need more encouragement to reach my fitness goals. I want to do this program because I need the extra push and even though it is hard work, the program seems totally worth it. I’ve loved watching your fitness journey along the years and have recently followed Lindsay to get more information on her awesome program.
    In high school, I played a few different sports and worked out every single day.     OMG! So I’ve been dying to do one of Lindsay’s programs ever since I read your post. I actually pulled up all the info and sent it to my husband who said right now wasn’t the best time since we just had our 3rd boy and well, hospital bills 🙄. My boys are currently 7, 20 months and 6 weeks old so life is busy and working out at home is my only option. I’m about to turn 28 and while I’m not overweight I’m ready to get toned and trim like I once was!     First off, what an awesome transformation Randa! I have been following you for quite some time, and watching your transformation has been such an inspiration. You have been nothing but honest and straight forward with your followers and I love that about you. I feel that I would benefit from this program to help me loose the weight I’ve gained over the past year after having abdominal surgery to remove a tumor last year. I started my fitness journey in 2014 and was able to lose nearly 30 lbs until diagnosed with the tumor.     I feel I should win this giveaway because I aim to help others improve their health and make healthy lifestyle changes. Although in doing this I need to ensure my health is at a good place first.     So I cannot say that I “deserve” to win. I truly believe this giveaway is a gift to someone who truly needs a bit more motivation, help in understanding how to use the gym to their benefit and more importantly how to mentally and physically become the best version of themselves.     Omg please me!!! This would be an amazing start for me to get back to where I use to be. I’m currently 3 months post partum and just really have not felt great about my body. I’ve always been so hard on myself about my body image and it doesn’t help I just had a baby. Pregnancy and gaining weight really took a toll on my physically and emotionally and just want to get back to feeling good about myself again. I was big into volleyball in high school and once I got to college I wasn’t able to play as much as I wanted. As a student I am stressed about not only the typical school work and graduate but my weight as well. Along with being a retired athlete I have struggled with my weight. It seems I have tried everything in my power to lose the weight and keep it off but I seem to always fall short of something.     This is so exciting! I would love to be considered for a couple reasons. The beginning of this year was not so great when I had unexpected surgery. Since then, I have been eating clean and started doing zumba regularly. I really believe this would UP my game and get me going so I can attain my goal.     Let me be the first to say that you are freaking killing it. But, I honestly have more respect for both you and Lindsey (who did anyone that doesn’t follow her instastories. You’re.missing.out) as you have found the healthy balance of fitness, health, and happiness.
    So backstory on myself, I grew up on a small working hog and cattle ranch. I went on to graduate of Texas A&M, and moved to Kansas. There I met my boo thang, and we recently got married. Since getting married we have both started new jobs and are balancing being newlyweds with our careers.
    The reason(s) I would LOVE to be a part of this challenge group is that I have battled pretty severe eating disorders and compulsive exercising since high school. I have been known to put on 60 + running miles on in a week while still also spending hours at the gym #workinfonfitness 😂😂. To this day it’s rare that I give myself more than one rest day a week. I am definitely a self-proclaimed gym rat. My husband has helped me start to “love” my body, but I won’t lie.. it can be a daily struggle. I want the opportunity to work with you #bossbabes so that I can 1) become an advocate for women struggling with self image issues. We don’t need to spend hours at the gym or deprive yourself.. being “skinny” isn’t beautiful, being comfortable in your own skin is! 2) I want to continue to practice self love, and I think this program will help me identify ways I can be healthy and “fit” why still being balanced. Of course I want a six pack, but getting there in an unhealthy manner is no longer the route I want to take. My sisters and I were talking the other day about what to get her for mother’s day and we typically go with the whole spa day/new clothes/ let’s just relax route so we wanted to do something different this year.     I have been wanting to do these challenges, every post you make, makes me more and more eager to get back into a fitness regimen. I just need the extra push, help, and drive to get back in. I am a registered nurse who has the worst habit of stress eating, eating desserts/ junk food in our break room, or just snacking in general. I really want to be a healither person and change my life style to being fit and feeling better inside and out! I have never been happy with my body and winning this challenge will help me get the body I have always wanted and hold me accountable!     I feel that I should win this because I know I won’t waste Lindsey’s money. I have completed nine training two years ago and saw amazing results and then saw a major plateau when I finished my undergrad. I was trying to balance being on the Aggie dance team and getting observation hours for my degree, etc. I will be coaching this fall at A&M and want to be a good example for my team. I will also be teaching at a middle school and need a flexible program that I can do at my home in the mornings or late at night. I hope that you will think of me during this program! This could do so much good. I need to get my old body back.

    First off, thank you so much for the opportunity! Fitness is something I have always worked to find a balance with when it comes to my work and social life! When it comes to fitness I strive to discipline myself to meal prep and make the time for working out, even if it means skipping Saturday brunch! I think this program would allow me to structure a dedicated program to help me stay on track and meet my fitness goals.     I would be so honoured to win this giveaway and do the next challenge with you mostly because it obviously works (um, those abs!) but also because it looks insanely fun! I am nine months postpartum with my second baby and I just crushed my first fitness goal yesterday of running a half marathon (woohoo!). So, my training for the last 12 weeks has focused on running.     I would be so grateful if I were to win because this would be the first thing I’ve really done for myself in a long time. My husband and I have two beautiful children and the last 4 years have been totally devoted to taking care of these tiny humans. After my first son and the miscarriage of our first daughter, I didn’t really spend a lot of time caring about my body or my health for that matter. Once we found out we were pregnant with our second daughter, Chloe, I started caring about what I was putting in my body. Now that she’s almost a year old, and we’re done having children, I feel a push to care a little more about myself. Not in a selfish way, but more of setting an example for my children and maintaining my health direction. I would love to be a part of the fitness family because I am drawn to the accountability piece and the nutrition that comes with it.

    Thank you for this opportunity!! Your fitness journey has been amazing to watch, I myself have undergone my own! Over the past two years I have lost & maintained the loss of 60 pounds on my own with MAJOR lifestyle changes (talk about major dedication when your housemates don’t have the same mentality) , but I am definitely feeling the hardships with these last pounds & toning that need to be done, staying motivated & keeping yourself focused has been the hardest part of all of this for me but completely rewarding to see where I am now, I’m doing this for me & continually just trying to be the best me I can be!     Your weight loss success is such an inspiration to me!! For the past 6 months I have been trying so hard to tone up my body, especially my legs and my abs. I want to feel confident in my body the way you are. I have tried 2 different programs in the last month, one of them including the Keto diet but neither of them checked in to see how I was doing or to update my carbs, etc. I have been contemplating doing this program for so long but since I’m a college student, I have to be careful about what I spend my money on.     Yall are such great and positive role models for not only myself but for so many women. I suffer from anxiety and have found that working out not only helps my outside appearance but the inside as well. I have stayed motivated and stuck to a healthy routine for about 4 months now. I have never felt better. Although my anxiety still gets the best of me at times, I somehow find myself at the gym. I want to be able to reach other women with anxiety and be someone they can look to when no one else is. For me that ‘person’ is the gym. I not only keep my mind fit but my body as well. I think that I should win this challenge so I can try a new and more challenging program. I have never been involved in a program and I would love to see how that helps me. It not only will teach me the right way for different workouts but it can teach me to be accountable.
    I also recently got engaged which has motivated me even more to get into shape and be the best me I can be. My fiance is not only my best friend but the best man. I could not have asked a better man to come into my life. He not only loves me for me but also helps me be a better person. I want to win this challenge to not only make myself happy but for me to fall in love with myself again. Mark deserves me to be at my best and being more healthier for him and our future.     This is such an awesome giveaway! It’s been awesome to see your fitness transformation over the years, it is such an encouragement! I have been generally active all of my life and I am now a physical therapist assistant, however I never fully committed to pushing my body to its fullest potential. This year I decided to begin practicing what I preach to my patients everyday, and I challenged myself to become stronger and healthier in order to be a better role model for them. Since January, I have lost some weight and toned up my body some however I believe this is just the beginning!     I really enjoy your blog and IG updates – love the stories, the life, and personal branding you work really hard to put into yourself. I really enjoy it and it’s certainly helped me learn and want to strive to be better. I’ve been following your fitness posts a lot because I have always struggled with jumping from diet fad to diet fat and while I love results I get at the time, they don’t stay because I need something that’s structured yet realistic for every day life and travel; but something that allows me to indulge once in awhile! I’ve never been a big girl, I’ve always been an athletic build and fit but I do envy (in a good way) the healthy lifestyle you live and the fitness goals you’ve set for yourself and hit and I am ready to have a body that makes me feel proud and accomplished of where I am and where I’m going!

    I have about 6lbs of stubborn baby weight that refuses to come off of my tummy. I am about to be 38 and I do workout, run and eat right but I need help from someone who knows what they are doing!     I have become very active the last few years and LOVE my gym family, but I have recently started working out in various new capacities and training for obstacle course racing. I love pushing myself to be the best version of myself possible for my daughters and husband. The first 5 years of marriage were so much fun and we welcomed a new addition 3 years ago. I have always said that I was in the best shape of my life when I met him. I am working to not be the “old” me but create a new AND IMPROVED version. I have loved watching your journey unfold and being inspired to try new things and take a risk on myself. I have been cleaning up my nutrition (just finished my first full round of whole 30) and want to introduce crab cycling in my lifestyle as well.     I would absolutely love to win this! Last year around this time I was trying so hard to get a “revenge body” and wasn’t doing it the right way. Now I’m in a happy relationship and working full time, but can’t seem to find something exciting to get me back in the gym. I would love to try something that will help show me new ways to workout and also help with my nutrition. I miss being fit, and now I want to do it for the right reasons and make myself happy again with how I look.     I would absolutely love to win this!!! I stay pretty active riding my horses preparing for horse shows, and I go to the gym at least five days a week. I am still not seeing the results, I am striving for. I try to meal prep every week and I’m working to improve my diet. I’m a senior in college at West Texas A&M University, i’ll actually graduate on May 12th. I am ready to hit it hard and crush my goals.     You have always been a role model for me, way back when I was in elementary school and I have never been surprised but the success you have had. You are such a hard worker there was just no other way for things to go. The motivation you have is so hard to find and the biggest thing I struggle with. Being in a group that helps motivate and encourage especially someone shy that likes to keep to myself and hates asking for help. I want to better myself for me and for my family. Having someone to help guide me would make such a difference and give me the confidence to prove to myself above all else that I can do a program like this and get in the shape that I have always wanted. I have waited till the last possible moment to enter this give away just because I was so nervous to put myself out there and fail but in the end that is why I should do it even more.

    Hi ladies! I am so excited about this opportunity. I love love the results yall have had with this program. I have tried the IF and tried figuring out the macros. I would love the opportunity to learn from the best and put this into practice. I am mother of 2 who can’t get the weight off from baby #2, which was almost 5 years ago. Ugh. I am so interested in following this program and achieving the results. I have researched IF, HIIT, macros and I know this program would be a great fit for me. I started the intermittent fasting about 3 weeks ago and have started tracking everything on my fit pal. Tracking has been a huge help! I am ready to get healthy for my family and jump in to this amazing training. Yall are wonderful role models.     Girl you are one of my biggest motivations. Have been following you since the beginning of southern jewls boutique. Your posts continue to motivate me each day to be better in the gym and at making an active effort to be positive each day and thankful for the things I have been blessed with in my life. I am a newborn and post parting nurse and it is so hard with my 12 hour shifts to stay consistent with working out and even more so with finding time to get enough nutrition!     This is amazing that y’all are doing this to help others reach their goals. I have been thinking about exercising but I dont know where to begin. I have been struggling to gain weight in a healthy way. I got sick 2 years ago and dropped a lot of weight, then I was put on several medications for migraines and depression and those made me lose weight even more. I was down to 98 lbs. It has taken me 2 years to get to 104 lbs. It’s frustrating and doesn’t really help with my self esteem, mood, sleep, depression…it’s a struggle. I’m a mom of a 5 year old who’s extracurricular activities keep me busy, a college student, and I work full time. I’m exhausted all the time. I dont want to be exhausted. I want to have energy to keep up with my little dancer. I want good sleep. I want to be able to concentrate again on my studies. I want to be healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally not just for my daughter and husband, but for myself. I have always said you can’t take care of others if you can’t take time to take care of yourself. Taking my own advice isnt easy, as I’m sure we can all relate. I need a life change and in order for that to happen I need to take better care of myself. I would love to participate in this program to eat better, sleep better, gain weight the right way among so many other benefits that having a healthy lifestyle creates. I want to be a better mom and wife for my family. I want to come home and not rush to the shower and go straight to bed because I’m drained. I know I have a lot on my plate but I also know that living the way I am isnt helping. I know that finding something that works to help me make my health better will expand outside of just myself but into my family, school, work… Whoever gets this will have a great beginning of a healthier self.     Such a GREAT giveaway idea!!! My husband and I just got married and I was doing really well, actively, before the wedding to prep for my dress! You know #sweatingforthewedding lol. Well now since all of that is over, I feel like I’ve lost motivation to keep pushing/working out. My diet is still really good, but that alone isn’t what I’m craving.     I have always wanted to try a program like this, but as a student finishing up my masters in Occupational Therapy I couldnt afford to. Like you, I’ve been doing it on my own for about 2 years when I started getting in shape for my wedding, but feel like I have kind of plateaued and could take it so much further if I had the guidance of someone else. In rehab, we’re lifting patients all day trying to help them get out of bed and get stronger/back to things they want to do…. so I would love to get stronger and be able to do my job even better so that my patients have even better results.
