Right Photo: April 2018 at my Transformation Photo Shoot after 12 weeks on my fitness program! Photo credit to GT Studio Gallery & Glam Credit to Versy Picone!  I actually have more muscle mass and definition now than what you see in this picture.  Maintaining my results takes a lot of continuous hard work and discipline!

Since it’s Tuesday, I figured I would give y’all a transformation side by side photo along with what a high carb day of eating looks like with me!  I keep getting lots of questions about my food intake, and even some who really question if I eat as many carbs as I say I do.  So I’m showing you everything I ate today!

Today I ate 1750 calories, 200 grams of carbs, 121 grams of protein and 50 grams of fat.

I started my morning with a leg day workout!  Remember TODAY is the last day to join our August 6 program with regular pricing.  Anyone who registers tomorrow (August 1) until the program fills up and begins will be charged an additional $50 fee for being a last minute registrant. If you still aren’t ready to commit, we will have another round starting on August 27 and I am hosting my first ever meet and greet at Tru Fit Gym on Southwest Parkway at 10am on August 25!

I first ate a granola bar just before lunch to start my day.  I have been loving the taste and nutrients as well as the extra protein in the Nutrient Brand Granola Bars.  The honey oat granola is my favorite flavor.  Nutrient Foods is offering the first 100 readers of mine a $25 sample pack!  All you have to do is use code “Randa” at checkout HERE!  Seriously, go grab you a free pack!  Don’t wait too long because it’s only valid for the first 100 to take advantage of this deal!

For lunch, I made myself some protein pancakes.  I have featured strawberry protein pancakes on my YouTube channel before, but I think the Vanilla flavor is my current favorite!

To make these, I mixed:

1/2 cup of Krusteaz Brand Buttermilk Pancake Mix

1 1/2 scoop of Nutra One Protein One Vanilla Flavor (available at Total Nutrition!  If you call or go in person and mention my name, you can get 30% off!)

1/4 cup water

1/3 cup Kroger brand Carb master milk vanilla flavor

Once I mixed into a batter and cooked these pancakes, I topped with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter from Coconut Oil and Sugar Free Syrup.  I have included them in my picture.  I actually only ate 2 and saved the other 2 for Grant because he LOVES these!  So note to all you wives out there, these are husband friendly!  If you’re wondering, I do the majority of my grocery shopping at Kroger.  You can see my typical grocery list blog post HERE!

I usually snack around 2:30-3:30 for a little work break.

Today I had a grapefruit which is super high in Vitamin C!  I try to not eat fruit past dinner time due to the extra natural sugars they have!

I also made myself a yogurt parfait.  The Nutrient Food cereal is becoming one of my favorite carb friendly snacks.  The chocolate one is hands down my favorite.  I eat it dry, with milk, or even mix it up in my yogurt.  I topped it off with a little tasteless collagen protein from Ancient Nutrition.  I currently am giving away 2 of their products I love (almost $100 value) and you can get entered HERE!

Remember, you can get your own Nutrient Food $25 sample pack free with coupon code “Randa” when you order HERE.

I also had a diet 7 up today.  I know diet sodas aren’t the best for you, but I do crave one about 203 times a week and today was one of those days.  I love diet cream soda and diet 7 up’s the best!  Besides this, I typically only drink water.

For dinner I made a yummy power bowl!  To make this, I used:

Brown Rice

Dark Red Kidney Beans (No Sugar Added)

Garlic Seasoned Flounder

Baby Shrimp

Cilantro

Fresh Mozarella

Tomatoes

Onion

Avacado

Herdez Brand Salsa Verde Sauce (remember I shop at Kroger!)

And to fulfill another craving I was having, I ate about 2 hand fulls of Don Julio’s chips while eating my power bowl.

If you love seeing what I eat in a day, here’s another post I made about a month ago.  Full Day of Eating With Me!

You can also find some food related videos on my YouTube channel.  I am working on more food videos to share soon.  Please subscribe to my channel if you love seeing or even feel you benefit from my content!

Cheers to everyone who continues to follow me and especially those who are trying to become stronger, healthier versions of themselves!  I also wrote a blog post Sunday night about ways to increase your happiness.  It’s one of my favorites I have written to date, and I would love if you would check that post!
