Hey everyone! Wow this week has been a whirlwind!

It started off with my Unicorn Lash Collab launch with Reign Lashes on Monday. You can learn all about that project HERE (plus you can enter to win 3 FREE pair), purchase your own pair from my online boutique (Southern Jewlz) HERE, or purchase wholesale for your own store HERE.

Then on Tuesday afternoon, I got to meet my fitness coach  for the first time ever! It’s crazy that I simply joined an accountability program in January because I wanted ab definition when I wore a bikini for mine and Grant’s 1 year anniversary trip to Cabo (trip overview post HERE), and now I am where I am today! It turned into an almost part time career for me which has allowed me to help so many women within my own community to better their own health (both mentally and physically), but also it has created a wonderful friendship to grow between Lindsay and myself!

My ride or die friends (you know who you are!) have been in my life for many years. Sometimes it can get a little weird or maybe even harder to create new friendships the older you get. Because you’re wiser, more protective, already have your friends, spend more time focusing on your marriage and also your family, and the list can go on. Getting the meet and spend time with Lindsay the last 2 days was very fulfilling for me. We talked about upcoming goals, ways to implement more fun aspects of the company for the growing clientele, of course getting to know each other a little better, and especially our core values as individuals. One thing I can say that I absolutely love and adore about Lindsay is she aims to be an incredible wife to her husband Jordan, just like I try to be for Grant. They have a beautiful love story and proposal and deep respect and support for each other. This friendship and lifestyle has really reminded me to not be close minded to new relationships or new opportunities!

I know not every woman who follows me, shops from me, or even does my workout program with me is married. However, I love showcasing that I am a wife first and business owner/blogger second! It hasn’t always been easy to get to this place as someone who got a taste of pretty quick success at a fairly young age, but I feel more in tune with my life’s purpose and the way God wants me to be living now more than I ever did in the past. That’s why this evening I wanted to share a photo of my husband and I on my instagram when I’m sure everyone was expecting one from the recent fitness shoot I did with Lindsay (you can see my first ever transformation photoshoot blog post HERE).

Although I am so proud of the fitness goals I have obtained and love to share that with my community for support and encouragement for their own journeys, I aim to ALWAYS keep my husband in my top 9 instagram posts. I feel this way nobody has to scroll too far to find that I’m married (because posting fitness posts can attract other men, and I am not here to do that), plus it showcases the #1 meaning of my lifestyle blog which is to continuously aim to be a better wife to my husband. Lindsay and I were both talking about it on the way home today because it can be easy in the influencing world to only post pictures about your career, yourself, promoting brands or the things that make you money. While all of those are outlets of my lifestyle blog, keep in mind I launched this blog once I had gotten married, had a very special new last name, and had shut my storefront to go online. I also want content on this blog that I can look back on when I’m older that showcases the relationships in my life, rather than just the business deals.

Now I’m not gonna leave y’all completely hanging and I will share a sneak peek from the fitness shoot I hopped in on with Lindsay. I absolutely love these photos and so many others that we took. It’s crazy because I have actually gained a few pounds since I joined this program, but I am more confident in my own skin and in front of the camera now than ever. I gained the good muscle weight and lost the flabby and flat body fat, so it’s truly a GAIN in my eyes! Hair and makeup was by Versy Picone and the photog was Spencer Davis.

So in closing, this program is so much more than just a fitness program and attainable lifestyle that has allowed me to reach and keep my goals. It is surrounding myself with other women who continue to keep me accountable and motivated, as well as humble as grounded. It’s a group of women who lift each other up and encourage others to be the best version of themselves. Everybody always has room to improve in one way to another, whether that be relationships, work/life balance, accountability, self awareness, etc. I still feel beyond grateful to get to serve in an ambassador role that allows me to truly help change others lives and fulfill my own!

We will be hosting our FIRST EVER meet up on Saturday August 25 at Tru Fit Gym in College Station (the Southwest Parkway location) at 10am. This is the place that I regularly work out at, and you can get your first month FREE when you mention my name! We will be doing a leg day work out together and then heading over to Century Square for a Leg Day Luxuries Lunch at Sweet Paris.  If you follow me on insta, you know I LOVE consuming my carbs at Sweet Paris!  We can’t wait to meet other women in real life that are on the same path as us. You DO NOT have to currently be in the  program to come to the meet up, so feel free to come and bring a friend if you’re a little nervous to show up by yourself. I promise we are equally as nice and encouraging in real life. I mean I JUST met Lindsay for the first time 2 days ago at Tru Fit and felt so excited like it was a blind date, but one that I knew was going to work out haha. The next round starts on Monday August 27! You have up until Monday August 20 to secure your spot for the regular rate. After Monday, the price will go up to $24. Remember it includes a prep week & 6 weeks – so together it’s a 7 week program.

If any of you really want to see me host a giveaway next week, then be sure and tell me below. I need to convince Lindsay that enough people are interested and will be active in the giveaway before I ask her to allow me to give away a free membership. Also, what should we do to encourage people to bring friends to our event? I can speak from my own experience going to the American Airlines center for an invite-only event how I felt so much more comfortable having Lindsay by my side rather than being alone. We want everyone to feel comfortable coming and to help build their own community, so help me think of a way to encourage that! I would love to hear your thoughts below.

In closing, I just want to share that relationships really can help drive your success! Being more fulfilled, encouraged, inspired and happier with the relationships you have with others can drive you to have more energy, more purpose and more ambition! I am a believer that your NETWORK helps contribute to your NET WORTH!

Thank you so much for following along on my journey and my “much longer than most normal bloggers” blog posts. It truly means the world to me!
